How do I make a request?

In your Trello dashboard you'll find a template for delivering a good brief to us. Feel free to add videos, images, voice messages or whatever let's you express your vision for the request.

How fast will my design get delivered?

Although it varies depending on the complexity of your request, we usually deliver a design within a few business days.

How will the designs be delivered?

You'll get them attached to the Trello card for the request. We work in Figma so you'll get the Figma source file along with rendered .PNG's and .PDF's.

What if I need more ways to communicate?

Although Trello is perfectly fine for handling all communications, we do have an add on for businesses that want more on demand communications. With this Slack add on we will join a private channel in your Slack workspace. Please reach out and we'll add the $499 Slack add on to your subscription.

Do you offer annual plans?
